i have a power soft , and im trying to add srt file to a video but its doesnt support arabic , any idea how to add arabic to the software

  Hi,Our software does support arabic subtitles. We once improved the performance in displaying arabic characters in this software. After you add your external subtitle file to the software, click "C" button next to "T" button on the software to open the charset. I've followed every steps of the tutorial video. After clicking convert I saw the Open dialog box(which instantly popped up) when I clicked open it opened This PC. The file wasn't converted.

What happened to the old converter that actually worked? All this thing does now is give you a 0kb file, how useless. Too bad because it used to work great before the change.

  Hi, sorry for the bad experience. The old converter has been replaced by the new one because Chrome does not support Java applet any more. You mentioned it cannot work with your file.
